New leaseholder for Poole coffee shop

Nathans coffee shop, which is just 500 yards from Poole Quay, has changed hands.
The new owner intends to extend the menu and develop a family-orientated corner with a children's play area and settee seating.
Hotel and leisure division of Goadsby sold the leasehold to Gordon Dodds off an asking price of £135,000.
