The event will culminate in Turner, president of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, hosting a Q&A interview with Roux, followed by live jazz.
Each guest will receive a complimentary signed copy of Michel Roux's Sauces.

Tickets are £150 per person. To book your tickets please email maria@hospitalityaction.org.uk or visit the Hospitality Action website.
