Manchester's Artisan restaurant increases revenue to £3.7m

Artisan restaurant in Manchester has reported a 37% increase in revenue to £3.7m.

The Living Ventures casual-dining operation reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization growth of 152% to £452,429 for the year to 31 March 2015.

The 250 cover restaurant was extended in 2015 to include a ground floor private-hire space and a 30 cover private-dining room.

Living Ventures' Paul Moran said: "Artisan continues to go from strength to strength and remains one of the most popular restaurants in our Manchester portfolio. The extensions to our private-dining in response to huge demand for our existing facilities shows how flexible the business is across the corporate and leisure markets and we are actively looking for other city centre opportunities to expand the brand."
