Xavier Boyer has been appointed as the new chef de cuisine at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
Boyer began working for Robuchon 12 years ago at Le Laurent, Paris and has also held posts at L'Atelier's sites in New York and Taipei.
He also makes regular appearances on Gourmet TV, France's premier culinary broadcast channel.
L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon London has always strived to excite the senses with its theatrical setting in merit to our location at the heart of Soho.
The London restaurant, in Soho's West Street, lost its second Michelin star earlier this year.
In a statement the restaurant said: "Mr. Robuchon recognises London has truly become the food capital of the world and with the restaurant leaping into its 7th year, revitalisation begins!"
