Lanark restaurant and bar sells for more than £670,000

The Lanark-based Herries family has bought the Inn on the Loch restaurant and bar for substantially more than the £670,000 asking price.

The contemporary bar and restaurant overlooks Lanark Loch on the outskirts of Lanark and provides seating for more than 110 customers.

The property also has two flats for the owners and staff, each with two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen.

Creevy LLH sold the freehold on behalf of Mike Conyers and Robert Morrison.
