Koh Thai Tapas to open fifth site

Koh Thai Tapas is to open a new site in the Clifton area of Bristol.

The new site will be the fifth of the Thai Tapas group, which already has sites in Bath, Southsea, Bournemouth and Boscombe.

The 100-seater venue is expected to open its doors this winter, although a precise location has not yet been announced.

It will feature a latticework design an exposed brick walls, as well as artwork from Koh's resident graffiti artist .

The chain will also sponsor the Old Bristolians Rugby Club, with the Koh logo on the new 2013/14 season kits .

Andrew Lennox, chief executive, said: "Bristol, and particularly the local area of Clifton, has been firmly set in our sights for the best part of three years and it is an amazing feeling to have acquired such a great property. We are looking forward to adding a totally unique dining experience to such a bustling restaurant scene."
