A small upstairs brasserie from the team behind pubs The Roebuck, The Montpelier and The Trinity (which is downstairs). Named in honour of Victorian publican Edwin Brady, who ran the site from 1883 as a pub and curiosities shop before being forced to close after a complaint about "obscene" adverts.
