Italian restaurant in Grantham changes hands

The Sorrento's Italian restaurant in Grantham, Lincolnshire, has changed hands.

The new owners are first-time buyers Tom and Denise Nichols, who bought the property for their son Rob after he completed his training as a chef

The town centre restaurant has room for 115 seats across two floors.

Davey & Co sold the property off an asking price of £145,000 on behalf of Chris Duggan, who owns another restaurant in Grantham.
