Indian restaurateur buys Art Deco site in Launceston

The 32-seat restaurant occupies a prime trading location in the historic market town of Launceston, which sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor.

New owner Mohammed Choudhury - who already owns a restaurant in Bude - plans to trade his new, 32-seat premises as The Spice Room.

The Exeter office of Christie + Co sold the leasehold off an asking price of £75,000 on behalf of Serena and Gerry Buckeridge-Hobbs.
