ICA Bar and Café, London
Oliver Peyton's latest gallery-based venture is located at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA). The café, which is open seven days a week, is spread over two floors and includes a mezzanine café and a ground-floor bar.

Main courses include garlic and chilli squid with fennel and mixed pepper coleslaw baked salmon with pesto, potato and beans. Desserts include classics such as Eton mess and knickerbocker glory.
