Harrods to host five Italian restaurant heavyweights
Harrods is to host five of Italy's top restaurants on a monthly rotation as part of a pop-up collection launching next month.
From September, the Knightsbridge department store will host a different celebrated Italian restaurant each month, offering each the chance to showcase their signature dishes to a British audience.
The line-up comprises Carlo Cracco from Milan's Ristorante Cracco (two Michelin stars); Enrico and Roberto Cerea from Da Vittorio (three Michelin stars) in Bergamo; Gennaro Esposito from Torre del Saracino (two Michelin stars) on the Amalfi coast; Giorgio Pinchiorri and Annie Féolde from Enoteca Pinchiorri (three Michelin stars) in Florence; and Enrico Crippa from Alba restaurant Piazza Duomo (three Michelin stars).
Each chef will create a four-course menu, which can be paired with Italian wine and beer. They will cost £110 for lunch and £160 for dinner.
