George and Dragon snapped up

The George and Dragon gastropub at Rowde, near Devises in Wiltshire, has been bought for about £495,000. The new owners are childhood friends Michelle and Philip Hale and Christopher Day, who have experience in the industry with Soho House, Gruppo and P&O. The restaurant can seat 30 and there is a three-bedroom apartment for the owners. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
