Fourth Granger & Co to open
Restaurateur Bill Granger is to open his fourth London restaurant, Granger & Co, in spring this year.
The 100-cover restaurant will be in Chelsea on Pavilion Road.
Granger already has restaurants in Notting Hill, Clerkenwell and King's Cross.
Granger said: "I've always wanted to open a restaurant in Chelsea, and have been looking for a site for the last 10 years, so I jumped at the chance to be a part of Pavilion Road.
"It's a food shopping destination with a village feel, and just what I have been waiting for. With Bread Ahead, London Cheesemongers, Natoora and our local butcher from Notting Hill, Provenance, as our neighbours, we're in great company."
Bill Granger is a UK-based chef who juggles cookbook writing, a weekly newspaper column, TV stardom and a global restaurant empire. He runs restaurants in Seoul, Tokyo, Honolulu and his native Sydney.
