De Vere Village Urban Resorts launches Italian restaurant brand Vinny & Vito

A new Italian restaurant brand called Vinny & Vito has been launched into a select number of De Vere Village Urban Resorts.

Serving pizzas and rustic pasta dishes, the brand has already opened at three locations: Swansea, Manchester and Manchester Bury, with a fourth launching in Cardiff on 1 May.

More openings are expected across the 25-strong Village estate later this year.

Paul Boyce, food and beverage director at De Vere Village Urban Resorts said the brand will enable the company to offer guests a lighter, healthier casual dining option.

Italian food is universally loved and is the ideal fit for our customers," he explained. "We are very excited to be able to recreate the Italian kitchen experience that has become so popular, using the finest ingredients to produce authentic Italian fayre."

The dining options at Village, together with Vinny & Vito, includes the traditional Victory Pub+Kitchen, Verve Bar+Grill and the Victory Chop and Ale House.
