Cubitt House set to open fifth London site

Cubitt House is to open its fifth site in London next month.

The Coach Makers Arms on Marylebone Lane will be set over three floors, with a ground-floor bar, first-floor restaurant and an underground cocktail bar.

It will join Cubitt House's portfolio of neighbourhood pubs and restaurants which include the Thomas Cubitt, the Alfred Tennyson, the Orange and the Grazing Goat, and is the first new opening for the group in seven years.

Like the other restaurants, menus will be based on seasonal British produce directly sourced from suppliers such as Trecorras Farm, Herefordshire, Lyme Bay fish reserve and Lyons Hill Farm in Dorset. There will be daily changing specials, while meats will be cured in house.

A wide range of craft beers and guest ales, wine and spirits will be available in the ground floor bar, while the first floor restaurant will feature 50 covers. The entire site has been designed by Coriander Buildings.
