Cosmo unveils new Cosmo Luxe brand
Global all-you-can-eat buffet chain Cosmo is reopening its Leeds restaurant next month following refurbishment, unveiling a more luxurious look and upmarket dining brand it is calling Cosmo Luxe.
The new brand will feature more "elegant" surroundings with "gourmet" dishes but will continue to offer an international, all-you-can-eat buffet.
Open for dinner during the weekdays and all day on weekends, diners will have the option of more than 150 dishes for between £18 and £19 per diner.
The restaurant ‘food street' will include British, Spanish, Italian, Greek, French and Portuguese cuisine, and will also have an Asian food section, as well as offering a new range of fresh, healthy salads. The dessert range will include a chocolate fountain, a DIY ice-cream counter and a selection of patisserie.
The refurbished Leeds restaurant, like other Cosmo sites, will feature a live cooking station, where diners can choose their food and chefs will cook it to order.
The new luxe interior will feature marble floors, concrete surfaces, green leather chairs and glass features to give the feel of "a welcoming and stylish private members' club". Meanwhile, the bar will be decorated with plush orange chairs and a feature wall showcasing Cosmo's wine selection.
Cosmo opened its first restaurant in 2003 and now has 19 sites, not including the soon to reopen Leeds site and another site set to open in Northampton.
