Chimichanga to open first site in Scotland
Mexican restaurant Chimichanga is to open its first outlet in Scotland next month.
It will open on the site of the former Bar Roma restaurant in Edinburgh on 2 June.
The 138-cover restaurant has cost £500,000 to develop. It will offer an extensive Mexican-inspired menu including burritos, enchiladas, quesadilias and fajitas, along with a grill section which includes barbecue baby back ribs, Cajun chicken and sirloin steak.
Chimichanga operations director, Peter Morrison, said: "We are looking forward to opening our first restaurant in Scotland."
