The character property in the heart of St Anne has mostly been run under management.

It enjoys year-round trade with a good mix of food and wet sales boosted by revenue from three of the four letting bedrooms (the fourth is currently used for staff accommodation).

The business includes an indoors bar, the Walpole Room, the 120-seat Orangery restaurant overlooking the walled garden, and an outside bar.

The sale of the freehold is being handled by property agent Bettesworths.
