Burger & Lobster to open new Soho site

Burger & Lobster is set to open a new Soho restaurant.

The brand, which started life in 2011 as an offshoot of the Russian-owned Goodman steakhouse group, has six restaurants in London, with one in New York set to open in November.

The new site is at 2 St Anne's Court on Dean Street in Soho, in what used to be the Revolution bar.

Burger & Lobster already has a site in the area, at 35 Dean Street.

Previously occupied by Innventive Leisure at a rent of £212,500 per annum, Fleurets agreed terms for the surrender of the lease and the subsequently re-letting the 5,654 sq ft ground floor unit to Burger & Lobster on a new 25 year lease at a commencing rental of £300,000 per annum.

Burger & Lobster is set to open another new site at the Hayes in Cardiff in December this year.

The brand offers the option of burger or lobster (or a lobster roll), all served with fries and salad, with everything priced at £20.
