Burger & Lobster to open Cardiff site

Burger & Lobster looks set to open a new site in Cardiff.

The business, which currently has six sites and is due to open in New York later this year, is to open a restaurant in the Hayes in Cardiff in December this year, according to www.walesonline.co.uk.

The business, owned by Ilya Demichev, Mikhail Zelman and George Bukhov, was founded in 2011 and so far has six sites, all of which are in London.

It offers the option of burger or lobster (or a lobster roll), all served with fries and salad, with everything priced at £20.

Bukhov recently indicated that the business would target UK cities like Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham for expansion.
