Brewhouse & Kitchen expands to Bournemouth
Brewhouse & Kitchen has opened a third site on the south coast having launched its Bournemouth restaurant.
Featuring it's own microbrewery, the brewpub will serve a range of its own beers alongside a range of other craft ales and a menu of beer-based cooking.
It is the third restaurant in the group, joining Poole and Southbourne, which also serve a selection of "beertails" including a beer-based twist on mixes such as Largarita, a blend of blanco tequila, fresh lime, sugar and lager and Negroipa, a mix of Campari, Antica Formula sweet vermouth and IPA.
The menu has been developed by executive chef Tom Bew to feature beer wherever possible too. It includes the likes of IPA battered fish and chips, tortilla chips & beer dips and even a selection of burgers which include a homemade IPA cured pickle, a cask ale relish and a portion of fries tossed in a garlic and hop salt.
Brewhouse & Kitchen Bournemouth chief executive Kris Gumbrell said: "This new addition has been a long-term project in the making, but we're very excited about opening in Bournemouth town centre. Our brewpubs are all unique and offer a very special experience. There is a huge interest in craft and artisan brewing from the guest."
