Bread Ahead has revealed that it will open a new restaurant, baking school, bakery and wholesale operation in Wembley.
The 220-cover restaurant will open in late summer or early autumn serving breakfast lunch and dinner.
The menu will include a selection of sourdough pizzas; a house special of roast chicken marinated in sea salt, lemon, thyme and garlic served with baby gem and herb salad, baked buttered potatoes and bread and butter; as well as a selection of grab-and-go items.
Overlooking the restaurant in the 11,000 sq ft Olympia Way site, will be two glass fronted classrooms for the school, which will also offer sessions in the main bakery.Get The Caterer every week on your smartphone, tablet, or even in good old-fashioned hard copy (or all three!).
