Bourne & Hollingsworth Group cookery school set to open
The Bourne & Hollingsworth Group is to open a new cookery school, the B&H Kitchen, in a space above its B&H Buildings site, off London's Exmouth Market.
From January 2016, group executive chef Adam Gray and head chef Anthony Horn will oversee a thrice-weekly timetable of classes for 12 people or fewer, focusing on seasonal recipes inspired by B&H's British-inspired menu, plus knife skills, butchery, bread making, sausage making and vegetable preparation in a space above the B&H Buildings. The school features six catering stations, a demonstration bench, and communal dining table.
Bourne & Hollingsworth owns the B&H Buildings in Clerkenwell plus the Below & Hidden club "no bigger than a living room" downstairs; as well as the Reverend JW Simpson bar in Goodge Street, and the Bourne & Hollingsworth bar in Fitzrovia.
