Bill's confirms plans to open in Woking Shopping Centre
Casual dining site Bill's is to open a branch in Woking Shopping Centre later this year.
The two-storey, 4,686 sq ft site will also have a terrace and outdoor seating, and serve the brand's usual menu of breakfast (sausages, eggs, pancakes, breads), casual lunches, simple dinners (grilled halloumi, BBQ pork ribs, burgers, fish finger sandwich), sides (skinny fries, tomato and basil salad) and classic puddings (Eton Mess, cheesecake, chocolate brownie).
Scott Macdonald, co-managing director of Bill's, said: "Great locations are key to our success and [Woking Shopping] will provide us with a high footfall in a popular and busy destination. Starting with a blank canvas, we will be able to create the perfect Bill's experience, with plenty of character."
Bill's is currently expanding, having most recently confirmed a new site for Epsom, Surrey, and newly-announced plans for locations in Tunbridge Wells, Bury St Edmonds, Worcester, Nottingham and Manchester.
Originally started by a fruit and veg salesman from Lewes, Sussex, Bill's is now directed by former Caprice Holdings managing director Andy Bassadone, and has over 30 sites.
The Woking Shopping Centre already has several restaurants, including fast-casual and café sites, such as Café Rouge, KFC, Azzuro, Greggs, Costa, and McDonald's, plus a soon-to-open Carluccio's and an 8,000 sq ft Tante Marie Culinary Academy.
