Aviator Farnborough recruits Andrew Donovan as executive chef
Aviator Farnborough has appointed Andrew Donovan as executive chef. Previously head chef at Chapter One, Donovan worked with executive chef Andrew McLeish and helped to retain the restaurant's Michelin star and four AA rosettes.
Prior to Chapter One, Donovan worked in the kitchens of the Greenhouse, Aubergine, the Royal Garden hotel and the Grand hotel, Brighton. He now takes command of the 120-capacity Brasserie Bar, the Deli and Sky Bar, as well as servicing meetings and function space for up to 100.
