Alan Yau's Busaba Eathai to offer takeaways

Alan Yau's casual dining concept Busaba Eathai has added a takeaway service offering.

The delivery menu offers everything from Thai salads, noodles, curries and stir-fries to complete set-Thai menus and smoothies, and can now be ordered as a take away from its two London sites in Store Street and Bird Street.

Yau was Caterer & Hotelkeeper's 2005 Independent Restaurateur of the Year Catey winner for his portfolio of Asian restaurants, which also includes Michelin-starred Hakkasan and Yauatcha.
