Adam Kaye sells 350,000 Prezzo shares

Restaurateur Adam Kaye has sold 350,000 shares in Prezzo, the Italian dining chain founded and operated by his cousin Jonathan Kaye.

Adam Kaye sold his ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 93p per share today, netting him over £300,000. He still has just over eight million shares left, representing a 3.5% holding in the business.

They both joined the board of Prezzo in 2008 as non-executive directors.

Jonathan Kaye was the 2011 Restaurateur of the Year - Group Catey award winner.
