George Blogg is a sous chef at two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham. As well as his core role, he takes an active role in teaching aspiring chefs, taking part in presentations promoting careers in hospitality, and helping to train new members of staff.

Prior to moving to Cheltenham, Blogg worked as a senior chef de partie at the Square in London's Mayfair and as a sous chef at the Riverside Restaurant in Dorset.
