Ackerman rolls out three new restaurant concepts

Veteran restaurateur and consultant Roy Ackerman is launching three new restaurants at Radisson SAS's latest hotel at Stansted airport and another at the hotel group's new Belfast property.

Both the 500-bedroom Stansted hotel and 120-bedroom Belfast property open next month.

Stansted will offer the hotel group's second TaPaella'Ya restaurant, following on from the launch of the Spanish-tapas concept at Radisson's Glasgow hotel; an Italian-style bistro and pizzeria called Fillini; and a new New York-style operation called MYGB, serving steaks, grills and lobster. All three concepts have been designed through Ackerman's consultancy, Tadema Studios.
