Pan Pacific London GM promoted to operations VP

Pan Pacific Hotels Group has promoted general manager of its London hotel, Anne Golden, as the vice president of operations for the UK and North America.

Golden was appointed general manager at Pan Pacific London in 2019 to oversee the launch and operation of the company's first hotel in the UK and Europe.

She will be taking on the new role in addition to continuing as general manager of the 237-bedroom London property.

Previously with Morgans Hotel Group as regional vice president for London, Golden oversaw the St Martins Lane, Sanderson and Mondrian London at Sea Containers properties.

She said: "I am delighted to be taking on this wider role as part of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group family. I have loved my time with the brand, and it is an honour to work with the passionate and professional teams both here in London and Singapore, and now North America.

"The next few years will be very exciting as we bring our Singaporean hospitality into new territories and markets and see what our brand will achieve."
