Chef Owen Sullivan joins bespoke contract caterer Noble House

Owen Sullivan formerly executive chef of Gordon Ramsay's Maze and D&D London's Queensyard restaurant in New York, has joined event and bespoke contract caterer Noble House.

Sullivan will be tasked with developing individually tailored recipes for clients across London the Home Counties and further afield.

Noble House was founded in 2008 by Conrad Baker and Emma Noble-Baker. Sullivan's arrival has coincided with a rebrand of the company, separating its events arm from its workplace delivery and contract catering business.

To accommodate recent growth the business has also relocated to a larger east London site.

Baker said: "We wanted to show our clients the breadth of our services. With Owen's expertise in ultra high-end cuisine and large scale, uncompromising, production, along with the increased capabilities of our new kitchen site, we are excited about this new chapter for Noble House and our clients."
