Lime Wood Pavilion suites

Lime Wood hotel, located in Lyndhurst in the New Forest, has reopened its three Pavilion suites following a refurbishment and redesign.

The individually decorated private suites each feature high domed ceilings, roll-top baths and doors that open onto the forest. The design is inspired by the surroundings, combining contemporary and quirky fabrics with classical styling and antique furniture.

Pavilion One is designed with couples in mind and features forest-patterned wallpaper and a soft pink ceiling. The suite has a lounge and private terrace, as well as a bar larder stocked with cocktail ingredients and wine. The upstairs master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed, an en-suite shower room and a roll-top bath in the bay window.

The second-storey Pavilion Two has a large four-poster bed and open fireplace; while Pavilion Three also has an open fireplace and kingsize bed.

The new bedrooms are the culmination of a series of renovations across the hotel that includes the Drawing Room.

Reopened 15 July

Design Susie Atkinson

Starting room rate Pavilion One, from £1,250 per night room only; Pavilion Two and Three, from £565 per night
