Zetter hotel chef Diego Jacquet leaving to run his Argentine catering company

Chef Diego Jacquet will be leaving the Zetter in London after three years, to concentrate on his Argentine catering company, Zoilo Catering.

Jacquet has worked at restaurants throughout the world, including Aquavit in New York under chef Marcus Samuelsson and El Bulli in Spain.

Zoilo caters for polo events throughout the UK. Having provided the catering at the Veuve Cliquot Gold Cup Final and Cartier International day, Jacquet now plans to take his team to Sweden for the first Alpine Polo Championship in March.

Later in the year he will open an Argentine food store and delicatessen in London. Jacquet also has plans to open an Argentine restaurant and bar in 2011.
