UK-based Bespoke Hotels opens new US office
UK-based boutique hotels group Bespoke Hotels has opened an office in the USA to focus on properties in the country and Caribbean.
The new office, which is headed up by Toby Syson, will be looking afterits portfolio of hotels in Florida, Jamaica, Granada and Barbados.
They include the 30-bedroom Mariner's Lodge and Marina, Florida, which has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing and sailing.
Haydn Fentum, chief executive of Bespoke Hotels, said that with a growing international interest in the brand, it made sense for the company to launch regional offices in key territories. He added: "We intend to bring the same level of service and support to the properties we represent as we are known for in the UK."
Bespoke Hotels has undergone considerable expansion in the past year, having taken over the management of Oxford Hotels and Inns in December 2012.
It has also begun to manage increased numbers of individual sites, including the Park Inn in Sheffield, Worplesdon Place in Guildford, Surrey, and the three-AA rosette restaurant with rooms, the Marquis of Alkham in Kent.
