Ty'n Ros country house hotel for sale for £1.35m

The 16-bedroom Ty'n Rhos country house hotel in Llanddeiniolen, near Caernarfon, North Wales, has been put on the market for £1.35m.

Set within three acres of grounds in a small hamlet between the Snowdonia Mountains and the Menai Straits, the property has been developed by the present owners, Martin and Jan James, over the past four years, from a former farmhouse into a country house hotel. It now has five stars from both Visit Wales and for guest accommodation from the AA.

Celebrity guests have included Angelina Jolie who stayed at the hotel while filming the second Tomb Raider film.

Neil Thomson, director of Colliers International who is handling the sale of the property, said: "Ty'n Rhos is a credit to Martin and Jan who have developed a truly successful and profitable business located in a stunning part of the North Wales countryside."
