Two Cube hotels on the market as administrators break up the group

Cube Hotels, which went into administration in February, is to sell off two of its properties - the Salford Hall hotel in Worcestershire (pictured) and the West Grange hotel in Newbury.

The Midlands-based group's joint administrator Zolfo Cooper announced the Grade I and II-listed 36-bedroom Salford Hall hotel has been put on the market for £2.5m, while the 61-room Best Western West Grange hotel has a price tag of £3m.

Property agent Edward Symmons is handling the sale.

Plans for the last remaining property in the group, the 56-room Leicester North hotel and conference centre, are yet to be disclosed. Cube Hotels went into administration on 11 February this year. It employed 60 staff and no redundancies were made.
