Three star Best Western Hotel on the market
The three star, 30-bedroom Best Western Henley Hotel in Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire, has been put on the market for offers in the region of £1.15m.
Located eight miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, the hotel includes the 40-cover Riverside restaurant, a lounge bar and the Henley Suite function room for 40 people.
"We sold the business to our clients in 2005 and they are now selling in order to pursue other interests," says Gavin Wright, director of Christie + Co, who are marketing the freehold interest of the hotel.
The hotel is currently owned by David Clarke.
