The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 27 May, 2007
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 8.2% in the week ending 27 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £132.13, up from £122.08 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy dropped by 1.4 percentage points to 86.4% while average room rate rose by 9.9% to £152.88, compared with £139.08 in the corresponding week of 2006.
