The two-star, 16-bedroom Lochgair hotel in Strathclyde has been sold for more than £380,000. Couple Leslie and Lesley Grant-Pavitt have moved from their home in Surrey to the west of Scotland and hope to turn the property into a three-star venue. Husband Leslie used to travel the world when he worked for the Formula 1 catering team. The hotel has a lounge bar and dining room that seats 52, a breakfast room and a function room. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
