Steve Wilson appointed head chef at the Nam Hai in Vietnam
The Nam Hai in Hoi An, Vietnam, has hired Steve Wilson as new executive chef.
Wilson's career path took him from being demi chef de partie at Gleneagles hotel, Scotland to chef de partie at Taillevent in Paris, then he went on to work under the guidance of Marco Pierre White at Manchester's Lowry hotel, and to later become head chef at the Lowry, before moving to the Maldives to work at Soneva Fushi by Six Senses in Baa Atoll.
