The 123-bedroom Grand Hotel & Spa](http://www.grandjersey.com/reception) in St Helier, Jersey, which was awarded five-AA-stars in May, has been put on the market by its owner, investment company Delancey.
The company, which bought the hotel for £15.5m from the [De Vere Group](http://www.caterersearch.com/A-Z/CompaniesLanding/224/635/Page1.htm) in 2006, has since spent a further £15m on upgrading the property.
It has also been confirmed that Anna Dowling has resigned as managing director of the Grand and is currently working out her notice until her departure in September.
[Knight Frank](http://www.knightfrank.co.uk/) is handling the sale of the property.
