Somerset hotel for sale for £4.75m

The three-star Swan hotel in Somerset has been put on the market for £4.75m.
Along with 49 en-suite bedrooms, the hotel offers six conference and function rooms that will accommodate up to 370 delegates, a 70-seat public bar and restaurant served by two commercial kitchens, a lounge, and a garden room.
The property also incorporates four units of staff accommodation, a garden, and parking for 30 cars to the rear.
Property agent Savills is marketing the hotel on behalf of the Chapman family which has run the business since 1969.
