Revpar grows by 8% at London hotels
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 8.3% in the week ending 25 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £122.67, up from £113.26 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy fell by 0.7 percentage points to 84.3% but this was offset by a 9.1% boost to average room rate, which grew to £145.54 compared with £133.34 in the corresponding week of 2006.
