Revpar grows by 14.9% at London hotels
London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 14.9% in the week ending 28 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £124.13, up from £108.08 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by 2.9 percentage points to 86% while average room rate grew by 11% to £144.32, compared with £130 in the corresponding week of 2006.
