Revpar grows by 14.3% at London hotels
London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 14.3% in the week ending 14 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £140.55, up from £123.02 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by two percentage points to 90.1% while average room rate grew by 11.8% to £156, compared with £139.59 in the corresponding week of 2006.
