Revpar grows by 10% at London hotels
London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 10.4% in the week ending 7 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £121.89, up from £110.36 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by one percentage point to 82.1% while average room rate grew by 9.1% to £148.52, compared with £136.11 in the corresponding week of 2006.
