Raymond Blanc blogs with Caterersearch

Celebrity chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanchas joined Caterersearch and will write a regular blog in which he intends to share his views on the industry and provide an insight into life at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.

"I feel very privileged to talk directly with you and to be able to share my views about the industry about which we all feel so passionately," Blanc said in his first post.

"As you would expect, my language will be strong, colourful, opinionated and I hope - extremely engaging. I look forward to many exciting conversations with you all!"
