Ramblers' rest changes hands

The Castle Inn hotel in Pengenfford, Powys, has been bought by Steve and Heather Swann for just more than £400,000. The property, which is popular among outdoor pursuit enthusiasts, has four bedrooms, a separate bunkhouse that sleeps 20 and a large campsite within the two-acre grounds. The owners, who have moved into the hotel trade for the first time, have a self-contained three-bedroom flat. There is a pub with two bars and a dining area that seats 40. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
