Potential for further development at Fosters Yard hotel

The Fosters Yard hotel in the Warwickshire village of Polesworth offers the opportunity to build on the success of a pub, restaurant and hotel business, according to agent Davey & Co.

There's also the potential for further property development - the current owner has drawn up plans for a scheme, subject to planning permission, to build eight houses on the site.

The freehold of the pub is for sale at £750,000, and includes a lounge bar and 47-cover restaurant, private dining room and first floor function room.

The hotel offers 11 en suite letting rooms, nine of which are double or twin.

"Fosters Yard Hotel offers new owners a superb opportunity to build the business on three fronts as well as the opportunity to develop houses on site, which would bring in additional income," said Davey & Co managing director, Paul Davey.
