Openings: HQ and Hudson's

The Cedar Court Grand hotel in York has opened two restaurants in its many Edwardian rooms, with views overlooking York Minster and the city walls. Hudson's takes its name from local man George Hudson, the ‘railway king', and offers no-nonsense favourites with a touch of flair; HQ offers a Yorkshire fine-dining experience and an extensive selection of wines.
